Anne Oliphant, Psy.D.

Dr. Anne Oliphant is a licensed psychologist. She is a graduate of Earlham College and California School of Professional Psychology/Alliant University, where she earned her M.A. in 1996 and then her Psy.D. degree in clinical health psychology in 1999. She completed her pre-doctoral training at the Glen Roberts Child Study Center and her post-doctoral training at Children’s Hospital, Los Angeles, providing services to children with cancer and blood diseases and their families. For ten years Dr. Oliphant was a psychologist at the John Tracy Clinic, working with birth through preschool age children who are deaf and hard of hearing and their families. Dr. Oliphant has nearly completed her Certificate in Gerontology from University of Washington and works part-time with aging adults in skilled nursing facilities in the Dover area.  As a health psychologist, Dr. Oliphant works with people of all ages who have health issues. She also works with caregivers who provide care to people of any ages. Dr. Oliphant enjoys working with children, adults, and elder adults and their caregivers on a variety of issues, in addition to health issues, including anxiety and depression.  She sees clients at our Middletown office and has been with PCPC since 2011.

Dr. Oliphant currently accepts the following insurance: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, ComPsych, Delaware Physicians Care.
