Kim Champion, Ph.D.
Dr. Kim Champion is a licensed psychologist. She earned her B.A. in psychology at the University of Detroit in 1990. Dr. Champion earned her M.A. in 1995 and her Ph.D. in 1998 from the University of Delaware. She served her internship at Devereux working with emotionally and behaviorally disordered adolescents and their families. She uses cognitive and emotion-focused therapy to treat a variety of issues, including anxiety and depression. Dr. Champion provides individual and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults. She also designs and develops community-based prevention programs. She has been with PCPC since 1995. Dr. Champion sees clients at our Pike Creek Office.
Dr. Champion currently accepts the following insurances: Aetna, BCBS, Cigna, ComPsych, IAA, and UBH.
