Ginger Owens, M.A.
Ginger Owens is a Licensed Associate Counselor of Mental Health. She completed her Bachelor's degree in psychology and sociology at the University of Connecticut, and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Asbury Theological Seminary in Kentucky. During her internship at Asbury, she received training in Relationship Enhancement Therapy. She primarily practices client-centered therapy and incorporates cognitive behavioral and Rogerian therapies. She seeks to enhance expression and communication skills in relationships. Ginger enjoys working with a variety of clients, including children age 4 and older, adolescents, individual adults, and families. She deals with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and life skills.
Ginger is available to see clients at our Middletown and Newark offices on a self-pay basis.
